Throughout history, humanity has been shaped by humanity itself. As in the past, the most strategic source of continuity and sustainability today is still people. The role of HR leaders who can drive transformation in people and culture management, make a difference, and leave a lasting impact on the lives of employees within their organizations is extremely significant in business life and in the continuity of companies.
On February 11, 2026, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Türker Baş, the Happy Place to Work team organized a highly valuable event. Among the nominees for whom I also cast my vote and shared my opinions, 100 CHROs who stood out with their contributions and the difference they made were honored and awarded.
I hope that this awareness that has been created will be lasting. Regardless of the sector, the responsibility undertaken by People and Culture leaders working in all companies is extremely important and valuable.
